Freedom. That has always been my greatest driving force. My name is Nihan. After completing my Master’s degree in Business Formation and holding various assistant positions to executives across different industries, I came to a personal realization: my true interest lies in the people within systems—not in the systems themselves.

I turned my passions for inner freedom and human emotions into my profession. Through my training as a systemic coach (artop – an institute of the Humboldt University of Berlin), a subsequent specialization in mental health coaching (ICA), and a shamanic training in self-healing (YUPA Shamanic Center Berlin), I acquired the necessary expertise to support you effectively in your process.
“THE COUCH” is our shared space for contemplation. In a non-judgmental environment, we talk about all the thoughts and emotions that have been occupying your mind lately. For me, these very processes are a source of deep fascination: unseen issues affect our ability to move beyond our comfort zones and to show resilience – we lose our balance and get stuck.

This form of open, personal reflection – and ultimately liberation – can spark insights and realizations about ourselves that help us understand what we need and who we want to be.
